STEPS Project Role
Dr. Lamm serves as the Project Director for the grant and will be responsible for the coordination of team activities and deliverables. Additionally, Dr. Lamm will develop Hypothetical Case Scenarios focused on Controlled Environment Agriculture. Furthermore, Dr. Lamm will lead the development of a multi-institutional course focused on systems thinking.
Research Bio
Dr. Kevan Lamm's research and leadership programs are focused on the development of leadership skills necessary to address critical issues facing the food system, communities, and beyond. Dr. Lamm teaches undergraduate courses in Communication and Leadership on Groups and Teams and graduate courses on Program Evaluation. Prior to receiving his graduate degrees, Dr. Lamm was a manager with Accenture, a Fortune 500 global management consulting organization. Dr. Lamm has authored 107 peer-reviewed journal articles and has been on grant teams securing over $34 million in funding. Â
